-Order cancellations must be requested by written form {letter or e-mail}.

-No cancellations accepted after shipment.

-All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are final.

-RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receival of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.

-There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. All damages sent after 5 days upon receipt will be charged a 10% fee. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.

-We will not accept any items being returned after 15 days from the date received. All sales items are final. Thank you for choosing to shop with us.
